Thank you for shopping with Dua Azeen. We take great pride in the quality of our perfumes and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our website https://duaazeen.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because perfumes are personal-use items, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to try a different fragrance, please return the unopened item (following the steps above) and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
